Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: May 7, 2026
Trillion AI subscriptions (OMI and Sales Coach) are billed monthly in advance in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable.
You can cancel at any time by emailing billing@trillionai.agency. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing month. There is no penalty for cancelling and no charge for the month after cancellation.
Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has begun. If you cancel before setup work begins, you may request a full refund of the setup fee.
If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, contact billing@trillionai.agency within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate in good faith and refund any verified erroneous charge.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your state, province, or country.
